Action Learning has been recognised as an innovation in management development. The RCSI Institute of Leadership use Action Learning for its Masters Programmes where participants are expected to undertake change projects in their professional settings and produce dissertations which detail the origins, design, progress and evaluation of action in these origanisational contexts.
