Lessons in Leadership January 14th 2015, Ms Dearbhail McDonald.

Ms Dearbhail Mc Donald, Associate Editor and Legal Editor of the Irish Independent, presented a talk entitled ‘Lessons in Leadership’ as part of the RCSI Institute of Leadership Lecture Series. The lecture was delivered to over 110 health professionals at 6pm at RCSI (Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland), 123 St Stephen’s Green, Dublin.

Ms Mc Donald articulated meaningful reflections and analysis on leadership in challenging clinical situations from 1980 to date and this was followed by questions and comments from guests. 

Professor Ciarán O’ Boyle, Director of the RCSI Institute of Leadership said: “We were absolutely delighted to welcome one of Ireland’s most experienced journalists, Dearbhail Mc Donald, to deliver the 'Lessons in Leadership’ lecture. Dearbhal’s lecture was powerful and she is a wonderful ambassador for the Eisenhower Fellowship Award.
