The 3rd lecture in the Leadership Lecture series takes place at RCSI
On the 11th of March Fr Leonard Moloney SJ Head Master of Clongowes College delivered a lecture titled ‘Lessons in Leadership’. The lecture was attended by over 80 people including the President of the RCSI Declan McGee, Vice President, RCSI Council members, Faculty Members, RCSI Alumni, current IOL students and representatives from the healthcare and education sectors in Ireland.
During his speech Fr Leonard talked from his own biography on the important lessons that he has learnt in his career which included having a shared vision, enabling / empowering staff and regular reflection.
