3U Leadership Symposium 2016
This year’s 3U Leadership Symposium took place on Saturday the 5th March. The theme of this dynamic day was Leading the Pursuit of Quality? The day provides opportunities for graduates to present their organisational development projects to audience from the fields of health, education and business. RCSI Graduate Presenters included Niall Salmon, David Watterson, (MSc Healthcare Management); Paul Nolan, Enda Kelly (MSc Leadership); Siobhán Kennelly and Trudi Roche (MSc Leadership in Health Professions Education).

Part of the day featured keynotes on leading the pursuit of quality from Dr Harold Hislop (Chief Inspector, Dept of Education and Skills) and Mr John Farrelly (Deputy Chief Inspector of Social Services, HIQA) and from Prof Kathryn Riley (University College London) a keynote on how to create cultures of belonging in education.
